George Brady is a young French horn player who is really going places. He was a pupil of St Mary’s Music School in Edinburgh and the Royal Academy of Music in London changed their age policy to have him as a seventeen year old scholar. He is in the televised finals of the BBC Young Musician competition, which will be recorded over the summer. He is already an experienced performer, recently stepping in at the last minute to play Mozart’s Fourth Horn Concerto.
He will accompanied by Kit Hobkirk, Director of Music at Berwick Parish Church, also a former pupil of St Mary’s Music School. To include Schumann’s iconic Adagio and Allegro Op 70. Retiring donations.
